Andicor Specialty Chemicals

Andicor Specialty Chemicals Corporation is a full-service national distributor of specialty chemicals and packaging for the Coatings & Ink, Building Products (including Adhesives & Sealants), Consumer Care, Composites, Oilfield, Plastics & Rubber, and Industrial Specialties market.

Andicor’s mission is to be a seamless extension of the suppliers it represents, offering:

  • competitively-priced value-added products from market-leading manufacturers
  • knowledgeable and responsive sales staff
  • superior customer service
  • local warehousing and delivery services

Andicor began operations in 2002 and currently runs two divisions (Specialty Chemicals and Specialty Packaging) out of a 5,200 m2 main office and warehouse facility in Mississauga (Greater Toronto Area).  Andicor also uses 3rd party warehouses in Richmond (Metro Vancouver), Edmonton (Alberta), and Mississauga (for hazmat storage) to facilitate same or next-day delivery to its customer base across Canada.  Customer service and inventory management are centralized at the main office and warehouse, with sales people located locally in their respective territories.  Andicor also employs its own regulatory affairs person to ensure compliance with all government regulations, and adheres to RDC (Responsible Distribution Canada)’s ResponsibleDistribution: 2008 Code of Practice.  This Code of Practice governs member company actions to meet the guiding principles as they relate to all aspects of the distribution of chemicals, chemical products, and chemical services.

Andicor has always believed in supporting the organizations that advocate for the success and the reputation of the industries we serve, so besides RDC, Andicor is a corporate member of CPCA (Canadian Paint & Coatings Association), CPIA (Canadian Plastics Industry Association), TRFA (Thermoset Resin Formulators Association), ASMAC (Adhesives and Sealants Manufacturers Association of Canada), ISSA Canada (Canadian affiliate of the Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association) and PAC (Packaging Association of Canada).

Andicor also encourages their salespeople to be active in the technical organizations of relevance to the markets we serve; our salespeople are active members of local chapters of the ACA (American Coatings Association), SCC (Society of Cosmetic Chemists), SPE (Society of Plastics Engineers), and STLE (Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers).

Andicor management has a proven track record and promotes ethical business practices, minimizing risk to customers and our supplier partners.  Andicor has also consistently attracted strong financial support to allow the company to manage growth while continuing to respect supplier terms.

Andicor is well positioned to reach its goal of becoming one of Canada’s leading specialty chemical and packaging product distributors, building a portfolio of complementary product lines to improve the performance of our customers’ products and to meet the regulatory demands and environmental challenges of today’s rapidly evolving market.
