Prevent MDI from UV degradation

Under the ultraviolet light, MDI is very unstable, its -NHCOO- bond is more likely to be destroyed to produce diquinone imine, which will generate smaller molecule. Solution: OMNISTAB UV 1 + OMNISTAB AN 6133 OMNISTAB UV1 is suitable for UV protection of this type of adhesive. It helps to provide a stable situation for the material, avoiding a chain reaction at the beginning. AN 6136 could be applied in this area. However we'd like to recommend the alternative antioxidant - OMNISTAB AN 6133. It also applies to the problem of anti-yellowing but is easier to use in combination with OMNISTAB UV 1. The recommended dosage of OMNISTAB UV 1 is about 0.3-0.5%, the OMNISTAB AN 6133 is about 0.5-1.0%
